Still Going Up – Cocoa Beach Real Estate Continues Upward

As of today March 7th there are a total of 374 properties for sale in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral. 54 Single-family homes, 300 condos and 20 townhouses. The Cocoa Beach area represents about 10% of all active and closed listings in Brevard County.

Currently there are 3,526 available properties for sale according to the MLS. 2,656 are single-family homes, 714 are condos and 156 are townhouses.

So far, 1,465 properties have closed in Brevard, 115 in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral.

February real estate sales for the Cocoa Beach area 

The lowest price was a 1 bedroom 1 bath 405 sq. ft in the Ridgewood Condos of Cape Canaveral. Community amenities include a pool, shuffleboard and laundry facilities. Sold for $29,000 to another cash buyer.

In total, 15 properties closed for under $100,000 and 9 closed for over $400,000.

The highest sales price for a single-family home belongs to 101 30th St in Cocoa Beach. This 3 bedroom 2.5 bath two-story single-family home features 85 feet of direct ocean. Sold for $540,000.

The highest condo sale is the RioMar in south Cocoa Beach. This 3008 sq ft direct ocean condo was completely remodeled in 2010 and takes up the entire 3rd floor at the RioMar. Listed for $715,000 and closed for $695,000.
