Joey was born on March 10, 2010 to mother Johari. He is very friendly and enjoys being around the keepers. Rafeano was born April 11, 2011 to mother Milenna. He is very curious, like his mother, and enjoys stirring up the dust by chasing and being chased by his younger siblings.

Be sure to stop by Brevard Zoo’s Expedition Africa platform and say goodbye to the boys.

The Zoo features many extraordinary animal experiences including giraffe and lorikeet feedings, African kayak tours, paddle boats in the wetlands and a train ride. Brevard Zoo is a not-for-profit organization accredited by the Association of Zoos and Aquariums.
