Cape Canaveral Installs Beach Mat Pathways

CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA – The City of Cape Canaveral has finished installing three MobiMat RecPath nonslip roll-up Beach Access Mat Pathways at Monroe, Polk and Buchanan Avenues.
“These Americans with Disabilities Act beach pathways are for residents and visitors to use and enjoy,” said the City of Cape Canaveral on Facebook.
In September 2016, the City purchased 600 feet of Electric Blue MobiMat RecPath nonslip roll-up Beach Access Mat Pathway, and it has taken seven months to get an approved permit with FDEP.
With this addition of MobiMat RecPath nonslip roll-up Beach Access Mat Pathways, the City has become an even more attractive community with inclusive, fully accessible beaches.
