Cocoa Beach luxury condo market report – True Facts
Today I was questioned about real estate reporting on another Realtor’s blog site regarding properties over $425,000. The blog states that there are no properties over $425,000 currently under contract in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral.
I immediately knew this information was incorrect because I have two Meridian condos in Cocoa Beach and a Solana Shores in Cape Canaveral waiting to close soon, and all are listed over $425,000.
As of today there are 7 properties contingent/pending according to the MLS. Most of these properties have been under contract for many weeks except for a couple of pre-construction condos in South Cocoa Beach called Cocoa Cabanas which buyer and developer agreed to terms back in July.
Currently there are 44 condos for sale over $425,000. The highest asking price is an 8th floor direct ocean 4 bedroom 3.5 bath 2851 sq. ft. at the luxurious Michelina Condos in Cocoa Beach asking $1,295,000.
If you are looking for luxury condos that allow weekly rentals there are a few available at 3800 in Cocoa Beach ranging from $699,000 to $975,000.
For $425,000 you can pick from a 2nd floor 3 bedroom 2.5 bath southeast corner at Emerald Seas or a 3rd floor southwest corner at Majestic Seas.
